Web strategy & content

Website redesign:
ymcanab.ca

Over the course of three years, YMCA of Northern Alberta transitioned to a new website, and underwent the following:

  • Content audit of thousands of pages after years of neglect.

  • Move from Kentico to Drupal CMS.

  • Consultation from all areas of operation and administration to understand areas of growth and conduct website training.

  • Complete website redesign, including UX, architecture, integrations, and content.

  • Move from northernalberta.ymca.ca to ymcanab.ca.

SEO & SEM:
beautycult.ca

Beauty Cult Canada is a leading professional beauty supplier in Canada, with eager goals to be the number one supplier in Canada and enter into new markets.

After fixing their Google Search Consule issues and going through hundreds of pages to correct meta data on beautycult.ca, we've increased website store sessions by 171%, increasing total sales by 9%.

A chart shows two data sets regarding website analyticswith an increasing trend. One is about clicks and the other is about impressions.
Content strategy:
shifttostrength.com

Shift to Strength is a personal training company only a few years in business. This presents a large challenge for a small website to stand out amongst not only other independent personal trainers but also large organizations as well.

Based on a science-first social media strategy, we implemented a blog, shifttostrength.com/blog, that focused on providing value while also using specific keywords to pick people up organically.

Campaign landing pages

Creating a unique landing page is essential when executing ad campaigns. Doing this allows you to craft a custom message for your audience and see where they are going.

Additional landing pages were created during ad campaigns both at the YMCA and Shift to Strength, like the examples here.

An ad showing 25% off the first 3 months of membership at the YMCA of Northern Alberta.
An ad showing a beginner fitness program called Weight Training Fundamentals which helps people learn to exercises in a gym for the first time.
